We are now looking for a motivated Project Manager & Marketing Specialist who is hands-on, organised, and ready to grow with us.
YOUR ROLE
As Project Manager & Marketing Specialist, you will manage German-speaking client projects primarily in the field of marketing and ensure the smooth orchestration of all involved stakeholders. You follow our project standards and contribute to maintaining quality, timelines, and client satisfaction. In close collaboration with our clients and partners, you contribute to the development of marketing plans and are responsible for their operational execution. You act as the central coordination point and ensure that offline & online marketing activities are implemented consistently and on-brand across all channels.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and coordinate hospitality marketing & branding projects from concept to execution
- Orchestrate all involved parties and ensure alignment across partners and contributors
- Collaborate with hotel clients and FERUS colleagues to develop marketing solutions
- Support the creation of marketing plans and lead their execution across relevant channels
- Create and manage newsletters and support content planning for social media channels
- Contribute to the development of creative campaigns and communication tools
- Create and monitor timelines, track budgets, and ensure quality standards are met
- Provide support with organisational and executive tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and assist the CEO when needed
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor Degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or similar field
- Bachelor Degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or similar field
- Strong organisational skills, structured working style and attention to detail
- Self-motivated and proactive personality, confident working independently and taking ownership
- Curious and adaptable, comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving environment
- Know-how in marketing plan creation and implementation (hospitality experience a plus)
- Interest in or experience with brand development and positioning
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and team gatherings in Zurich and elsewhere
- Native German or C2 level required (written and spoken)
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher (written and spoken)
