Food
Begin your day with a breakfast of homemade and local delights, followed by a leisurely late lunch and the sweet indulgence of cake time. As night falls, the dinner menus in the hotel restaurant surprise with a fusion of familiar and unexpected flavours. For those craving more, the 2-Michelin-Star Chef’s Table offers a 16-19 course adventure.
Wine
The wine list has grown enormously in recent years, in both breadth and depth, with Rote Wand at the forefront when it comes to natural wine. This includes bringing in great winemakers and wine experts for their Wine & Dine events.
Friends & Fools
This concept stands for the centre of excellence that Rote Wand is creating at the hotel. They are accumulating culinary knowledge - something manifested in both their large cookbook library, the Friends and Fools Lounge, and the 1 Green Michelin star awarded to their Stuben restaurant.
Masterclasses are regularly run in which people with special skills come to Rote Wand and share their knowledge with friends and guests. Friends & Fools collects and shares knowledge - whether it’s about carving game, poultry or fish, fermenting animal or vegetable products, explaining the composition of aromas or simply the craft of fantastic cooking.
Wellbeing
At Rote Wand, wellness is all about balance and joy. A 1,500 m² spa offers indoor and outdoor pools, alongside a sauna landscape that invites deep relaxation. Find your balance on the mountain-view yoga platform, or in the 300 m² space dedicated to gym workouts and yoga practices.
