FUNGI - Mushrooms for Performance & Mindfulness
A FERUS event hosted by CLAW Collective. On 14 November 2025, we gathered for a multisensory exploration of the hidden power of mushrooms — brought to life through food, sound and conversation. The evening featured edible scenography by Johanna Roth and Blanka Major, soundscapes by Seleminga, and perspectives from experts across science, sport, creativity and hospitality.

Fascination Mushrooms - A FERUS Event
On 14 November 2025, a multisensory evening took shape at CLAW Collective Zurich — curated by Johanna Roth, Blanka Major and Seleminga (Anna Diallo), in collaboration with FERUS. Together, we explored one of nature’s most intriguing worlds: mushrooms. Beyond their culinary dimension, fungi reveal a depth that touches nourishment, healing and human perception. This gathering offered the opportunity to experience their potential through taste, sound and connection.
The evening unfolded in several acts. It began with an apéro and a live performance by Seleminga, before moving into a panel conversation that brought together voices from culinary art, science, sports, creativity and brand culture. Each speaker shared a distinct perspective on how mushrooms influence performance, wellbeing and the way we sense the world.
The final chapter of the night led guests into a sculptural dining installation created by Johanna Roth and Blanka Major — an atmospheric setting where sound, space and flavour intertwined. Seleminga’s soundscape accompanied the installation and gave the experience an additional layer of depth and presence.
